Shipping policy
Due to the rules of the British Columbia Government regarding the operation of companies during the COVID-19 effect, home deliveries may be left at the door of the address provided. If driver is unable to get in contact with you, He will try to leave your package in a safe places in your building otherwise it will de return to the store for pick up. Please do not forget your buzz code if you live in a condominium/building and inform the Delimix team in the comments of your purchase order.
Our delivery times are from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you need to make a purchase for same-day or Saturday delivery, contact WhatsApp +1 (778) 237-1193 so we can help you. All of our orders will be delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Standard Delivery – Deliveries will be made within 48 hours after confirmation of payment for your purchase. The delivery cost will be CAD 11.99 up to 30km of our storage and CAD 16.99 up to 50km. The cities served are Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Delta, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Langley, Pit Meadows, Maple Ridge, and White Rock.
Pickup Schedule at Delimix Shop – Available Monday to Sunday, from 2 PM to 7 PM. The order will be available to schedule after payment confirmation. It is necessary to schedule via phone or WhatsApp at +1 (778) 237-1193

Shipping by Currier (Other regions of British Columbia and Canada) – The Delimix Shop offers shipping anywhere in Canada, except for meats, and chilled and frozen products. Costs vary according to the weight of the goods and are charged by our shipping partner. Our system automatically calculates the delivery weight.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
